I am a Professor of Economics and Associate Chair of the Economics Department at Williams College. I am also an Associate Editor at Economic Development and Cultural Change and a Non-Resident Fellow at the Center for Global Development. I am affiliated with BREAD, IPA, IZA, and J-PAL.
